2. Quotes & Pricing

All pricing displayed on our website is indicative only and may vary depending on your business requirements.Formal quotations are provided following a Growth Audit or consultation.Advertising spend is not included unless specifically stated.


3. Payment Terms

Invoices are payable by the due date stated on the invoice.Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment has been received.


4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.

  • Supply requested content and approvals promptly.

  • Maintain ownership of their own business accounts where applicable.

  • Cooperate throughout the project.

Delays in providing required information may affect delivery timeframes.


5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Clients retain ownership of their own business content.

  • Summit retains ownership of its processes, systems, templates and proprietary materials.

  • Final deliverables become the client’s property once all invoices have been paid in full.


6. Third-Party Services

Some services rely on third-party platforms including Google, Meta and other software providers.Summit is not responsible for outages, policy changes or performance issues caused by third-party platforms.


7. Results Disclaimer

While Summit applies industry best practices to improve business growth, marketing outcomes cannot be guaranteed.Search rankings, advertising performance and lead generation results may vary depending on numerous external factors beyond our control.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Summit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services.
